from GoJane.com is easy and secure.
You can order from us using either of the following methods.
Internet
Use
our web site to place your order 24/7. The site is always up and
changing regularly. By placing an online order your order will be immediately sent to our distribution center. All orders received on weekends are processed the following business day, including Expedited orders.

Give
us a ring and we'll take your order here. Just call (800)

9 am to 4 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday and we'll be happy to take your order or answer
any questions.
How to Register:
You do not have to register to
shop online. You have the option to sign in as a guest to bypass
the registration feature.
To register you will be asked to register with your existing
email account information. We do not have access to your log in
information. The available registration providers accepted are:
Yahoo, Google or Aol.
Registration has its benefits:
* Place an order in just a few
clicks, without having to re-enter your shipping information and
other details each time you shop.
* Easily track your order status and history.
* We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your
shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have
to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your
shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee
item availability.
* Registration is completely free!
Shopping Cart
Items placed in your shopping
cart are not held or reserved for you until you submit your
order completely. Our items sell out quickly so if you find
something you like we recommend purchasing it quickly!
Track an Order
Once your order is shipped you
will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Generally Standard orders ship within 24 – 48 hours and
Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed by 12:00
Pacific Standard Time. Not all orders will have tracking
numbers.
Modify or Cancel an Order
Due to our efforts to ensure
that you receive your order as quickly as possible, once an
order is submitted it is usually not possible to change or
cancel it. Please call us immediately at 1-800-846-5263 during 9
AM – 4 PM PST, Monday – Friday. We cannot cancel or change
orders by email.
Gift Certificates
Go Jane Gift Certificates are
available in $25.00 increments. Gift Certificates are orderable
on our website by doing a search on our website for “Gift
Certificate” or Item # 0003. An opportunity will be provided to enter in a gift message and
the certificate will be emailed to the recipient within 24-48
business hours. Instructions will be emailed with each purchased
gift certificate.
Steps for redeeming an Online Gift Certificate:
1. On
the Payment page enter the code, exactly as it appears, in
the “Coupon Code / Promotional Code” box
2. Codes are case sensitive
3. Click "Apply."
4. When making a purchase online at gojane.com, you may
redeem as many Gift Certificates per order as you would
like. You can enter all the codes separated by commas.
5. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of
your order, you do not need to enter your credit card
information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn’t
cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the
remaining balance by credit card.
