It's All in the Details

Summer is over and you can feel the weather changing. With this shift in weather, so must your wardrobe. A new season equals new outfits, and in my opinion, the best part of putting an outfit together is the accessories; the subtle little hints that bind a look together.

Being that the weather is getting colder, we should dress accordingly, and what better accessory for the cold than the scarf! I always thought of accessories as tools for fashion, and if you don’t know how to use that tool, you have no business playing with it. With that in mind, using the scarf to its full potential will add more points to your overall look. One way to utilize the wide range of the scarf is to switch up your knots. It can give emphasis or draw away from certain focus areas. In some cases, you may even leave your scarf untied and simply draped around your neck.

Whatever you decide to do, it all boils down to these simple words that apply not only in fashion, but life in general; “It’s the little things that count.”
