Questions about this item
None N asked: do these run big or anything?
SCOTT H: I spoke with my daughter who stated that the boots in fact run slightly to the large side. She ordered the 5.5 and was left with additional growing space. Very happy with the product.
anajess a: NO. They stick to the size
Elena S: No, for me they were true to size.
Talisha K: Yes they do run big
None N asked: is the cherry boots as dark as they are shown on the website?
breijanee P: Yes they look the same as the picture
kalimah P: Yes but they go with every thing
cathleen g: I oreded black and got dk gray. don't know about the red
Shareka L: yes I love them the color is true to the picture, the toe part is kinda dark giving them a warn kinda look. Which I love!! not to worn as used tho..
Michelle S: I have the black ones. My friend has the red ones and they are a little more red than she expected.
Adria H: Yes they are, maybe a little darker. Great boot over all!
Asialie C asked: is there a way to get the red boots in a 10 wide or an 11?
GoJane S: Our shoes do not come in wide widths at this time. Also, we apologize, but we do not carry this shoe in a size 11.
None N asked: Are they made for the winter, snow?
GoJane S: The shoes will most likely keep your feet warm for the winter weather. However, keep in mind that all of our shoes are manufactured for fashion so we would not recommend using them in extreme weather conditions. There are products you can buy to safeguard or protect the shoe.
Katie L: Not really. I live in Jersey so I have worn them when it snowed but only walking short distances.
Michelle S: Yes. I've been wearing them in a snowy Canadian city.
None N asked: where do i type in what size of shooe i wear?
Amy A: There is an option button for the shoe size
None N asked: Normally my foot size can range from a 10 to 11. I notice in stores like Aldo or Journey's I am always an 11. But, in a store like payless I am generally a 10. Can someone advise if the size 10 is more similar to a Journey's or a payless Thanks!
Rachael S: I wear a size 8 and that is what I ordered. They fit perfect! They are more grey than the picture though. But still really cute!
Amber F: If you have a very wide foot I am not sure this will be wide enough for you in a 10. But I normlly wear a 9 and I got a 10, they fit pretty perfect. I have sneakers from Journeys and they are a 10 and I have some work shoes from payless in a 9. I think these will be a good fit. Just be aware you really need to unlace them the whole way to get your foot in.
Bree L asked: red or black lol
Monica E: RED
Amy A: Definitely blsck
Katie L: I got them in black. They are not super dark, kind if gray black. I love them, get tons of compliments on them. Don't order a size down, they are a little snug.
None N asked: Am i the only one having a problem getting these dang things on I can't even get my foot into them all the way and i ordered the right size soooo this is really annoying
Akiko A: These boots are quite stiff to begin with, but I found that with loosening up/tightening the laces and folding over the top of the boot, it broke them in so now they aren't as hard to put on.
Gabriella C: I was having the same problem, I just loosened the laces excessively around the ankle area. These boots are in serious need of a back zipper!
Tara K: I have the same problem! I just unlace them as much as possible! Its a pain but i get so many compliments that its worth it!
None N asked: I dont know how to lsce them up Please help!
Sylvia M: Mine came laced u can wrap the laces around he boot and then tie them if you want to fold them down
Ashley C: I had the excatly same problem. It took me twenty mintues to figure this out. If you want to pull them down, you need to unlace the boots until only the last two holes are laced. Then relaxed them going up but lace the fold over with it. Also make sure you pull the lace through the whole in the tongue to keep it from flying up.
Hope it helps!
None N asked: Do they run large i can't decide between a 7 1/2 or an 8?
Amy A: You should get the smaller size. I ordered a 6.5 to be safe and they are just a little big on me, they do run a little big.
kimberly l: Just order your regular size.
GoJane S: Generally our products run true to size but may vary depending on the style. You can reference our size chart here: http://www.gojane.com/about-us.html#size-section
Nadia L asked: I was thinking of buying these shoes but they only have a size 9 & 10 I'm a size 91/2. Do they run big or should I buy the 10?
Tara K: I would go with a 9! Im normally 7 1/2 or 8 and i ordered a 7 1/2 and they are quite big on my feet! So if u have a narrow foot i would go smaller!
Katie L: I would go with the 10. They run a little snug!!
cathleen g: 91/2 should be fine. they run pretty much by size. they are a little tall now.
cathleen very pleased with my shoes
