I had some trouble getting it up because the skirt is high waist and i have a little stomach. U have to make sure you buy an size that not only accomodates your waist but your stomach as well. Im 5"1 and 116 pounds and I ordered a small. The skirt is fitting especially around the bottom that is banded.

Kimberly L: This skirt is pretty true to fit. I got a size medium because I have hips & a booty even though I'm a size 6. A small would be best for a size 3-4. It's has a REALLY nice stretch though even in the waistband so you should be good ordering your true size.

JASMIN T: Its dark enough not to show your cheek. In my opinion its a tasteful amount of skin showing. I love the black on black mesh skirt.
P.S. I normally wear a size 4 and I order a medium and I had to exchange it for a large. So hopefully that one will fit more comfortably.
Katy W: You can't see the cheeks, but it rides high enough where you will see the sides of your underwear.
