Travonda W: Yes, it is actually metal. I have worn these shoes many times and there is not any scratch or dents. The metal tip is very hard and extremely shiny!

L E: Hi! It's not actually, it's like a shiny plastic. They actually don't look too bad, but I will say that they are SUPER uncomfortable. I always buy shoes from here and have never had an issue, but these were unbearable. They literally ripped the skin off the back of my heel. Overall, don't think I'd recommend them.

Stefania C: I would get a half size smaller than what you usually wear.
Rebecca W: They may be tight. I found I needed a half-size bigger when I got the shoe, and I have a narrow foot.
Li-Anne W: they're very narrow and tight fitting. i don't consider myself to have wide feet and i had to end up buying a size up because they were too tight. they still feel snug with the size up
Amy S: I have medium width feet, and the fit is fine. However, they are sized small. I would recommend a half size up as they will squeeze the toes. They will also require some breaking in time. Very stiff.
Amanda R: They fit a bit tight and I had really bad blisters on the back of my heels but if your wear them out they soon go away. Just wear a bandaid to prevent it from happening. Sometimes fashion is painful but I always get complimented on them!

Billy D: I bought a pair my size 6.5 and they seem to barely fit when I put them on. Since the material is so stiff, I wish I ordered half a size up for that extra room at the toes for walking. Not 100% sure if half-sizing up would solve the problem though, sorry!

Mary P: No, this is a true to size fit shoe. I brought an 81/2 and it fits perfect.
