None N asked: I'm 5'9 and wear a size 5 do you thimk i should get a small or medium?
Alliali E: It deppends of the size of your pants, me i am a size 4-5 and have a small weist but a bubble but so i took a medium and its fine.
Shemain H: I say get a medium if you are 5'9 and wear size 5. Then again my sister would probably fit a medium and she's 5'10 but around a size 9. Maybe a small would work as well, this pants has alot of stretch and I think a small will fit you just like the model.

Brenna C: They would be too big. I bought the medium and I'm a solid size 6/ size 28 in pants and they fit perfectly...there is even room in the waist so there is no muffin top. See if they have a small in the high waisted version.
pam v: i'm a size 3 and purchased the small. They fit well with a little room to spare. if you are a size 0 these leggings will be a bit baggy on you. Hope this helped!

PEARLINE J: I actually think they fit tight. I'm a size 5-6 and the medium fits not too tight but not loose either. I usually wear smalls but I'm glad I sized up for these . Me personally I don't think they are true size just because the material they are made out of, so I would size up one.
