K A: I'm usually a 7.5 for runners and flats but a 7 for heels, including wedges. They fit perfectly. So whichever size you normally have for heels, go with that =

Frances F: I would recommend getting them in your size. Your foot will slide down and hit the bottom and it IS a bit uncomfortable but I don't think getting them a half size bigger would help with that. It would just make the back loose.
sasskia w: sizing is exact. i wear an 8.5 i bought a 9 to be safe... its a touch bit to big so if i would of had an 8.5 it would've been perfect fit
