K A: I'm usually a 7.5 for runners and flats but a 7 for heels, including wedges. They fit perfectly. So whichever size you normally have for heels, go with that =

Frances F: I would recommend getting them in your size. Your foot will slide down and hit the bottom and it IS a bit uncomfortable but I don't think getting them a half size bigger would help with that. It would just make the back loose.
