I have a wide foot and I was able to wear these and two other pointy toe pumps from Gojane with no problem. They all fit true to size and since they aren't too high they are a breeze to walk around and dance in. I was able to wear them throughout the night with no problems and that's coming from someone with sorta chunky toes Rochelle C: Get the 7/12 if u plan on standing long cause u might want to add a insole J E: No not narrow.
