I wear heels on a regular basis and these start to get uncomfortable after 4 hours. The basic rule is that hells without a platform are significantly less comfy. As far as the shoe itself goes, it fits like a glove though after 3-4 hours starts to rub the outside of the 1st Metatarsal and Proximal Phalanges you know, the widest part of your foot.
