Jessica R: I bought the leggings in a small and I wear a size 0. They fit me comfortably, however I have not washed them yet. Just from feeling the material you will probably get some shrinking so I would go with a medium. They are kind of a thin cloth so its one of those things that you don't want to wear too tight.
