Cheyenne R: no they're not its made i think of a cotton blend. They're really warm but do run a bit small so be careful

BriAnne K: go a size up if you are unsure. I bought a medium and they are too small for me and I normally fit a size 9.
Bryanhdi F: No. These leggings one size fits all isn't true. It's not that they were too big or too small. They were too short. I'm 5'5" & they stopped at my thighs.
