The fabric is stretchy but I bought mine in large and I'm a solid 10/12 with a big butt and it fits pretty snuggly on my waist so I would say order the large and take it up in length if necessary. It really is a very sexy, noticeable piece that can be worn many ways. My favorite way is wearing my black skirt with [Brand Removed] metallic liquid tanks.
