Shania H: They are pretty wide and you can change the width with the buckles but they are true to size because I wear a size 7 and I got a 7 1/2 because it was a wedge but I had to to get a 7. I got taupe color and they are really nice in person too. Urania P: yes they are wide at the calf. That is why I bought them. I have them in black and they are super comfortable and they can accommodate your pants being tucked into them as well. Definitely wide and u will definitely enjoy-: S O: Yes they are wide at top but slightly tighter on feet as i wear thick socks A L: The buckles adjust to make the leg part wider.. they're great boots, very easy to walk in. Natalie B: It sounds like we have the exact opposite problem - I always find boots that have a TOO wide calf circumference. These boots are WIDE in the calf. Plus, they are adjustable, to make them wider. Even on the smallest setting, they are still too wide for me. I had to poke additional holes to make them tighter. I have a hard time finding boots that fit my calves but these adjust so they are amazing. Comfortable as well.
