I just bought these shoes maybe a month ago. I don't know what brand they are, but I love them. I mean, they're cheap shoes and the quality shows that, but they're easy to slip on and just go! Not sure where you're looking to wear them, but I don't believe they're meant to wear in harsh circumstances rain or snow. Hope this helps! Julie Vanessa S: yes the sole of the moc is good. i wouldn't say you could wear these in wet/bad weather but they do have a good rubber bottom. i've had these since december and only wear them when it is fairly dry out - the beading is kind of delicate and it is suede so they shouldn't get wet. If your between sizes I recommend the bigger one because of that, and also the inside isn't nice against your skin so you have to wear socks. absolutely adorable though. Sandra R: Cuffed it is right above the ankle. you can uncuff them and they are really cute that way also. The beading on the shoes are really pretty and well made. Raven R: The cuffs folded up are very thin and doesn't look to appealing to me, I'm short and I buy ankle skinny jeans and they look fine with the cuffs down.
