On a leisurely Sunday evening I ordered/paid for this boot in a 6.5 but for some odd reason the summary receipt said I ordered a 6. I'm glad that I caught it sooner than later and called customer service immediately Monday morning. The gal over the phone was very polite, articulate and helped me fix the issue. Anyways, the shoes arrived (box is a little dented/scratchy but no big deal) and the boots look just like it does on my monitor. It fits super-great and I can't wait to wear them around (after the heat goes down a tad)! This was definitely a Great Buy for me! Thanks!!!!

Pros:

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, shoes fit/looks great and I'll be ordering more stuff from this site in the future.

Cons:

Weird computer size-glitch at the end of my purchase. Makes me wonder if I ordered the wrong size by accident... hmm... I'll never know.

LUCILLE J: The mustard color boot is more in between a deep yellow, which is very close to the mustard color. Also if u wear a size 7, yes it fits to it's true size. Now, as for me I have wide width feet & wide calves so I have to go up a size & with that being siad....you should be just fine! I love, love, love my boots & I promise you will too. Get your boots & make your feet happy!!

Donica T: They run a little large. I usually fit comfortably in a 7 but a 6 1/2 would have been perfect. With socks the 7s would still be a little loose.

Karen C: They run true to size but the color "taupe" is more brown than taupe, and they look like fabric not suede. I sent mine back.
