Not really sure about lacing to make them tighter to me it just looks like the lace is there to make them pretty.

Yes, you are able to adjust the size. You might just have to add another hole to the buckle strap which wouldn't be too difficult. I really like them and they're quite comfortable. Hope that helps!

Yes, you can tighten the sting, but not the buckles. I just love the boots.

Elizabeth C: NO IT DOESNT. THE ZIPPER JUST GOES HALFWAY ON THE SIDE. ITS STILL SEXY REGARDLESS

sharonda m: No i dont think so, I dont think I have big calves and I felt they were exact on my calves.
Lori C: They are not adjustable but the measurements on the page is for shoe size 6 I believe. My feet are size 8 and calves 14.5-15 and they fit fine! :
