T'Alexis H: yes! Love.love these!!! Maybe not a heavy winter, lined yes! loose at the top so that you may stick pant bottoms inside.
MYCAL S: The boots are not lined and I wear a thick pair of socks. The temp here the other day was 50 and I had on a pair of argyle socks, not to bad. The inside is soft. Hope this helps.

Definitely a cute boot. They aren't lined but they are warm. I just don't know how much you'd want to wear these in the winter or in the slush. You end up with clamy damp soggy feet if you do.... But might I add these boots are my daily footwear for the fall season.
