T T: no it dosent..Its just a thick band around the waist it dont fold over..

Diana R: You can. And "if" a bit lose at the top, you can always put a belt on over the fold part of the skirt to keep it in place. Washing with hot water and drying it could also make the skirt tighter, if anything.

Tasha F: The banana color is very soft and light. Its like a nice Easter yellow. You will need a slip to wear underneath because pretty much any panty can be seen through the material though

Sabina C: Yes you could pull that off. The band doesn't give much support in the chest area and a umm...wardrobe malfunction is very possible. So i would suggest some doubled sided tape if u try wearing it as a dress.
