They are consistant in size as well as style. Keep in mind they feel EXTREMELY high. usually with a platform i feel a little more comfortable but these are a little tricky to navigate, due to the narrowness of the heel at the bottom. very cute though, I wear a 9 in peep/open toe shoes - and 9 1/2 in closed toe. hope this helps...
