It can get uncomfortable after a while. I just put a bandaid on the underside and it was ok Kaiya S: No the wedge is perfect for wide feet. I also have wide feet and they fit comfortably. Also, very comfortable to walk in. Kadene S: The size doesn't run too big especially the 8. I usually take an 8 1/2 regularly, but the 8 fits just perfect.
