O R: Yes Jessica S: They do not give blisters on the heel; since the back seems to go up higher than most so it covers the heel. The toe area is no narrow but its not wide; I'd say it is regular. But its beautiful and for a couple of hours it won't be that uncomfortable Jessica S: I just bought them and have only worn them once but they were very comfortable especially the heel because the back goes higher than normal and doesn't cause blisters. The toe area is a little tight but I have a little bit of a wide foot. Over all as comfortable as high heels can be.
