Might have to put bandaids back there. I don't have the jefferey campbells so I don't know how they compare. Christina M: It's actually a lot easier to walk in them then it looks looks outrageous. They are somewhat comfy, too! The height difference will take a bit to adjust to, but you should be fine. None N asked: Are they true to size? I do have narrow feet though and the shoe is narrow so if you have a wider foot, i suggest going up a half size at least. The shoe is super hott though and i got tons of compliments..
