Chioma U: Sorry, commented on the wrong item. The waist just covers my belly button, but if pulled up too high you'll be pulling them down just to make sure your butt is covered. Doesn't look cheap. Chioma U: Yes it stretches a lot. It's kind of like jeggings; not jean material. The waist goes up pretty high, reaches right under my rib cage. The quality is like something you may find in Forever 21. Michelle N: I bought a medium dark wash. I'm 5'4" and they hit right at my belly button.
