I wear an 8 in flats and 7.5 in heels. I bought a 7.5 in this and it fits perfect chardae w: I wear a 9 in heels and an 8 in gym shoes. I got a 9 but it was a little hard getting my foot in but once my foot was in this wedge, it fit perfectly fine. To be on the safe side, get a 7.5.
