I find that ALL gojane shoes are. I am a straight size in them all so I never worry about getting the wrong size. Lori C: Firstly, I love the shoes. I'm usually a 7, so I ordered a 7. The right shoe is a little snug but I steamed it with my kettle so now it fits. The left shoe fit perfectly. I'm an average width. The only downside to the shoe is how high it sits at the top of the heel area which can dig a bit. jennifer b: They fit true to size, but the backs of them are very stiff and cut into my heel.
