Unless u maybe hv on jeans. Soccora H: It has an elastic band that hugs the area above the knee so if it were to sag it would only be the thigh area. Occasionally, size 5 and 11 are included as an available option but these sizes are not stocked on a regular basis. Our shoes do not come in wide widths at this time. They are a show stopper, but to answer your question you start measuring from the ankle. Around 15 inches there is an elastic band to keep the boot legs from falling down then the rest hugs your thigh. Sherri K: The heel. Yes. Sherri K: Just a little, not very much. Katrina S: the lady i brought them from is about your height maybe a bit shorter but not by much and they fit her perfect. I seriously doubt they would sag.
