Cathy B: I bought these jeans for my daughter and I wasn't sure of which size to get her, so I bought a size 7 which is her regular size and a size 9. My daughter is very curvy also, with butt and thighs. She was able to fit the size 7 and to my surprise I was able to fit the size 9. I normally wear a 9 or 10 depending on the cut. Also, the jeans have some stretch to them. I hope this information will be helpful. Cathy B. Atiana R: I would go up a size they have a little extra stretch in them but if your one of those I like my pants super form fitting it'll be too tight if you down size.
