carol j: As you can tell from the replies the fit is not standard... i got a small and it was just floating on me.. im thin,but i wouldnt say skinny. im usually a small in casual dresses. so order your true size,thats the best answer. i could not make this dress work..it hung so crazy and that thin stap wouldnt stay up and was to long,so it draped all the way down in the front and exposed too much.so i pulled it this way and that..but it had all these strange folds.. and felt lompsided... i wanted this dress to work...but for me it didnt. It was inexpensive,but i returned it anyway,just cause i knew it would hang around my room and id never wear it.. Good Luck and if you managed to find a way to wear this dress,im happy for you..:

Pamela D: Hey Reshawn, I would say its a bit larger. its also very stretchy, very drapey, loose and light fabric so my small frame gets kind of lost in it unless i wear a belt. when you get it to hang off your body just right, its really cute.

Ameoie L: It is a verry weird looking dress ! I was desapointed when I received it, it does not look like in the picture at all.

Y E: Hi Reshawn, it runs on the small side. I got a Medium and it's just a little bit tighgther, you might wanna get a size bigger, just in case.

regina f: I purchased the black dress and it was not see through. I took several photos and not once did the light from the flash bring out any of my under garments. Perhaps if she purchases the light gray dress, you can compromise that she wear a tube top and boy shorts. g'luck!

T A: its actually two layers , slip dress then the asymetrical layer. so it's not too thin. light will appear through the top layer which is a little longer than the slip dress.

N C: no will not recommend for a 13 yr old this dress is better on 18yr and older

Chia-Ling T: there is a liner in the dress, so unless there is a strong light being shone directly behind her, it should be ok.
