They will probably look even more fashion-forward on you, because by simple geometry, smaller feet vs. same height heel/platform make for a more extreme "slope" -- which is inherently sexier.

On the other hand, I now unexpectedly have a real problem with this site's customer service. Don't even THINK of saving to "My Shopping Basket" unless you plan to buy same-day. Like all the other suggestions some kind of padding is smart for the balls of your feet. I get mine from Spring shoe stores in Canada.. they run about 5 dollars each and they're permanent. You simply put them on the front of you shoe where your toes go and they are quite comfortable. I have them in all my heels....Great shoe though.. hope they last!

I wear some thicker socks though, just because there is no padding on the inside on the boot, or you might choose to wear arch supports. For a reference, I normally wear 5.5 and that's the size I got.

Cassandra W: As far as sky-high heels go, these are surprisingly comfortable. The only thing I would recommend, like with any hard platform sole, is putting in something to cushion the balls of your feet. Mine were a little sore the first time, but an insole seemed to help.

Alyssa G: Yes, this shoe is great! I walked 5 blocks in this shoe the other day and my feet did not hurt. I feel that because the front of the show is such a large platform that it decreases the angle of your foot. Basically it takes the pressure off the ball of the foot. I would wear low rise socks you can't see the socks above the top of the shoe with this particular shoe because it can get very hot. Hope this helps!

Jennifer N: I am normally a 6.5, and bought these in a 6. The actual boot fits perfectly when fully on...but getting it on with a 0.5 size difference proved to be tough. I had to unlace most of the laces to make the opening bigger and do some wiggling of my foot to get it in. But once the shoe was on, it is perfect! I believe I will stretch these out the more I wear them so it'll get easier.
