i would try a medium if you have a fairly small waist but in sure the medium will fit they are very fitted and tight.
Rodrea C: I would say a small would do however if you're a shorty like me 5'3 an extra small would be best only bc they're so long it gathers at the crotch area but otherwise they look great on!

iliza k: hey! im not a size one but I got them in small and they fit tight, im a size 5 in jeans but a size 2 -4 in leggings. maybe that will give you an idea and you could prob get xsmall if they make them in that size

Daniella a: Not sure if it rubs off but I'd imagine if u don't dry them and wash them on a gentle cycle it should be fine. They were too bright for me though. I looked like I was wearing aluminum foil so I sent them back
