It does not really look like this given picture, on my body. I am a bust of 34, waist of 28. The ruffles at the top are too fluffy and the material of the whole dress is fluffy and thin. I ordered a small. Just thought I would give a few of my opinions on this item. None N asked: Is there an elastic waist or is it just a shift? Kelsey S: its a shift! the dress is cute but it takes constant adjusting to keep the thin material from riding up over the belt. overall though it looked very nice on.
