Good but..

Not as expected. I wanted to see what all the hype was about with NYX brand, but I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the white pencil to use on my waterline, but the color was so sheer that it needed to be applied 3 or more times for a noticeable difference. Other than that the application is smooth and the price is worth it.

Linda M: I have never used white, but black, on my lower rim. Since I find this pencil is the ONLY one I've ever used that has gone on so smoothly without tugging, and lasts, I will say it would work very well for your need. Good luck!
