N A: I would say perhaps so. I have thick legs and ankles and they fit just right with or without pants tucked in. Hope that helps. They are gorgeous, but very uncomfortable.

S I: yes they are. i oder half of size less then my regular size.

D E: Yeah they are a little wide...I do not have particularly wide legs but I am not thin thin either..I just measured my calf for you and it is 12,4 inches and the boots do not look too bad, they dont jiggle around or anythin, but if I have made them myself, I would have designed a little tighter for myself but I like them anyway and in fact I ordered a second pair..They get a lot of attention, but if you are way too thinner than me, then maybe you should reconsider :

F L: You could wear these boots in the winter however due to the faux suede, you may not want to wear them out in the snow.

JOAN F: JF...Yes I think so because the inside is so warm and comfy. It feels solid on the ground.

N I: Depending how icy the ground is and if it is solid and slick,not soft or slushy. That gives you better traction if the ice is not solid b/c of the sole. They are though very warm and comfortable.

G E: The only issue i have with the boots is that i feel either the bolts or screw or whaterver they use to put the boots together in the bottom of the right foot, which is very uncomfortable. I haven't worn them since, but i was going to buy some dr scholl and put inside to see if this will make a difference.

K R: Just wore them out yesterday, love them. They're super comfortable & always complimented on.

N A: I love the boots but there was a defect with the zipper the first time I wore them not happy.

W H: The shoe was beautiful, if you have big calves and thighs, the boot is perfect for those leg shapes.
