But if it helps, I'm 5'3" and wore 2" heels for the dance, and even with the shoes on it was definitely too long and had to be tailored. It was so worth hemming though, cause it fits perfectly everywhere else and it's a beautiful dress. I'm 5'8" with a 27" waist and got the medium which fit almost perfectly. The dress came just to the floor for me, so you should def be fine there. I only have a 34" bust though, so that part was a little loose nothing a couple safety pins couldn't hold up. It's really a gorgeousss dress.
