Bobby B: yes the dress will fit her perfectly. it will fit snug along the torso and "puff" at the hips. i recommend steaming it so the skirt looks better than the picture on here

Gemma H: Well, I can tell you that my daughter was 13, 5'2", and ~ 95lbs when we got the dress and it was just a little loose around the top so maybe the extra 5lbs could make a difference.It was such a beautiful dress We got the white.. We hated to have to return it. We would have had it altered but we didn't have time that's how much we liked it. I think it's perfect for an 8th grade dance, provided it's a little formal. That's why we got ours.

Gemma H: I'm not quite sure because I no longer have the dress but my daughter was about 5'1'' and it fit her perfectly length wise. She was very slim so it didn't fit as snug as we would have liked around the bust and we didn't have time for alterations so I had to send it back. It was still a very beautiful dress. I would definitely recommend.

The only concern I have with the dress is that it should have a clasp on it to fasted the dress I had to bring it to the cleaners to have them put on a clasp for me so I can hook the dress so the zipper won't keep coming down. I ordered a medium and it's a bit loose, especially around the bust. I'm a B-cup. I would say order a small for your body type. It may be a bit short based on how tall you are. A J: I bought this dress for my daughter for a wedding. I actually bought the gold and it is definitely a beautiful dress. It kind of puts you in the mind of a prom dress but it looks really nice on.

C A: I am a bout your size, 5'2, 100 pounds. I hated the dress. I have a previous post on here stating my complaints. I got an xs, it was HUGE. And to my knees. I DO NOT recommend it. I had to return the dress. I looked like a stepped out of a 1980's teenage love film. Not the look I was going for.

M A: I absolutely loved this dress! I bought it to wear to a wedding and I got a ton of compliments on it. It is very true to size and the corset style bodice essentially gives you the "perfect body" for the dress.

V B: The dress is gorgeous. It fits really nice to your body but it was a bit shorter than I thought it would be from looking at the picture. C A: Hey, I was getting this dress for my senior homecoming. I was on court and had to get the perfect dress. Unfortunately, this was not it. I tried it on and the color pink I got was a cotton candy pink, not a soft pink like the photo looked. The size ran HUGE, I am a small girl so I'm used to clothing being a little large and needing some alterations. But this dress was enormous, falling off of me like I had never even zipped it up. I was so disappointed. Even my 2 year old niece laughed at me when I tried it on. I looked like I had jumped out of the movie never been kissed, the scene where she got eggs thrown at her. : I wish I would of been as smart as you and asked someone else who had bought the dress, because this was not the one for me. S E: I ordered a small medium and large for my bridesmaids followed the size chart and they all fit perfect. everyone really likes the dress. Im not totally happy with the Bubble part of it, it gets kinda flattened in shipping and it doesnt bubble in the back its just flat, but a quick fix at a seamstress. worth the money

A J: The dress is of really great quality so I think it would be great for your junior prom. My daughter bought the gold with the black sash and it was very cute. She received many compliments and yes it does fit true to size. My daughter is about 106 lbs and she wears an xsmall and it was a great fit!!

K A: It looks good. Material is not as shiny or soft as I expected though. If you are short the hem will reach at or below the knee. Overall I really liked it; there were just things I wish were better.

As for sizing, it was WAY too big. As in 6-8 inches too big around the waist. I was honestly surprised at how huge it was, but it can be easily tailored.

In terms of fitting, it is nice, with support "backbones". These can hurt sometimes though. It's designed for a person with very slim hips though, because it makes your derriere look quite big =P

Overall, I liked it and received compliments on it, but there were a few things that I wish I had known before! Hope this helped!
