may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of
the ship date. However, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Simply
fill out the return form on the back of
your invoice and send us the items you would like to
return/exchange.

Halloween Costumes
All costume sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be
accepted.
Exchanges GoJane.com
is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even
another item. We
also recommend that you give us a call to hold the item(s) that
you want instead. That way it won’t sell out before your original merchandise
gets back to us.

we will pay to have your exchange shipped out to you using our Standard Shipping.
Returns GoJane.com
recommends that you send back your return with
insurance.
That way you are protected from the possibility of loss
during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges
are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it
takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit
card. Shoes returned without the original shoe box may be assessed a $1.00 restocking fee.
Refused Packages
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus
return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the
'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
